Spain’s real estate firm IndiaLand, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Tamil Nadu Government, marking a pivotal leap in their collective vision for urban transformation. The strategic alliance revolves around the development of the IndiaLand Tech Park in Coimbatore, boasting an investment of around Rs 500 crore thus far.
