Mr. Harish Fabiani, received his diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering in 1981 from Delhi University. In 1988, he completed an Executive Education program in Finance/General Corporate Management at Madrid IESE (Institute of Higher Business Studies). He has two decades of experience managing various companies. He is actively involved with Technology companies, Commercial real estate ventures, Finance and Trading etc. Mr. Fabiani has been a strategic advisor to companies on issues of corporate governance and transparency.

Lalit Fabiani is COO of the Americorp Group, and oversees many sub-ventures under this holding group, including IndiaLand, Montecino Trends, investments in oil and gas, and other industries such as FinTech. Prior to this, he worked at Delta Partners, on Merger Acquisitions as well as Corporate Finance engagements in tech, media, telecommunications and digital properties. Lalit holds an MSc in International Accounting and Finance from Cass Business School, London which includes Mergers&Acquisitions, Real Estate Investments, Entrepreneurship and Family Office Investments.
